Un ancien cuisinier jamais à court d’idée !

Tom Brami a créé son premier site web à 25 ans, livemyfood.com, afin de permettre aux voyageurs du monde entier de découvrir la cuisine locale chez l’habitant. Mais il ne s’est pas arrêté là. Une nouvelle idée, issue de sa propre expérience d’acheteur en ligne et d’une solide étude de marché, a donné naissance à Aviscertifies.com. « Aviscertifiés a ouvert en mai 2012. Nous avons un démarrage pour le moins satisfaisant avec déjà une vingtaine de clients, dont certains grands comptes. Notre plus par rapport à la concurrence est l’offre de test gratuite et le fait que nous n’imposions pas d’engagement dans la durée », indique Tom Brami.

 

Pourquoi faire appel à Aviscertifiés ?

A la suite d’un achat, les clients peuvent noter le service rendu. Les notes sont analysées puis publiées par Aviscertifiés sur la page d’accueil du site concerné. En cas de notes faibles ou suspectes, une médiation est organisée afin d’échanger avec le client insatisfait.
